It is conveniently located in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan, just a short walk away from Union Square. This means that you have easy access to everything you want to explore in New York City. the rooms are beautifully decorated with a mix of antique furniture and modern amenities, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. the bathrooms are spacious and feature walk-in showers, adding a luxurious touch to your stay. the staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout your stay. the continental breakfast served in the charming tea rooms is the perfect start to your day.
The hotel lacks signage, making it a bit difficult to find initially.

Breakfast and location were great, staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee.
The lack of elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage to the top floor, and the noise from the street was unbearable at night. We will not be returning.

Charming, historic building with modern amenities. Spacious, well-decorated rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near key attractions and transportation. Lovely breakfast in a cozy setting.
Some rooms lacked proper maintenance, such as broken furniture and light switches. Inconsistent heating and water pressure in certain rooms.

Stayed over Christmas in a beautifully renovated brownstone with period furnishings, ideal location within walking distance of great bars, restaurants, and shops, and two-minute walk to subway station. Continental breakfast served in lovely old living room and staff were extremely welcoming.
